Prices include VAT. Paid plans renew every month until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time: the plan then runs to the end of the paid month. Unused words do not carry over. We announce a price change at least 30 days ahead.

Questions before you pay
- What counts as a word?
- Every word of text on the pages you choose to check. You see the exact count before a check starts, and each check counts at least 300 words. A check you do not start uses nothing.
- How long can a report be?
- On Free, up to 50 pages and 15 MB. On Professional and Business, up to 300 pages and 50 MB. The limit is for the whole report, not for the pages you choose. You upload a PDF or DOCX.
- My report has more words than my plan. What then?
- Choose the pages that matter most; the count follows your selection. You can choose pages in any report within your plan’s page limit. Or move to a plan with more words before you start.
- What happens when the words run out?
- A check that needs more words than you have left does not start. Select fewer pages, wait for the next billing month’s words, or move to a larger plan, which starts as soon as its payment goes through. On a paid plan you can add 5,000 extra words for €49; they are for the current billing month. On Free, choose a paid plan. On Business, the next step is Custom: contact sales.
- Do unused words carry over?
- No. A paid plan’s words are for its billing month. The one exception is a change to a larger plan: the words you still have come along into the new month. Free words are granted once; when a paid plan starts, its words replace them.
- Can I change plans?
- Yes, as an admin of the workspace. A larger plan starts as soon as its payment goes through: you pay its full monthly price, your billing month starts again that day, its words are there that day, and the words left on your current plan come along, extra words included. You see the exact amount before you confirm. A smaller plan starts at your next renewal; until then you keep your plan and this month’s words.
- How do I cancel?
- An admin of the workspace cancels at any time with Cancel plan in Settings › Plan. The plan runs to the end of the month you paid for, and nothing more is charged.
- How do I pay, and do I get an invoice?
- You pay with the payment methods shown at checkout. Every payment has an invoice, which you download in the billing portal. Prices include VAT. You can enter your company’s VAT ID at checkout; EU businesses outside Germany pay the same price and receive an invoice with reverse charge.
